We cannot begin to Thank you sufficiently for the wonderful care and kindness you gave and showed our mum. It gave us immense comfort knowing she was in your loving capable hands. We wish you could have known mum in her better days, she was a strong wonderful lady, and we know she was grateful for the care you gave her.

‘I have to thank you and your team of carers for all the support and care they have given to my dad over the past few weeks. Supporting him through losing my mum, leaving their numbers with him one night when he was upset. Of course he needs food, drink and medication and Haverhill Community Care do this well but for me it is the care you give him, making him smile, seeing him enjoy a meal they have prepared and cooked for him. I can not thank you enough!’
Mum is always treated with respect and kindness from all members of the team, so pleased we chose Haverhill Community Care to look after her.
Mum has 2 regular carers that visit she is happy, content, and keeping well and positive.
The Leadership is first rate. All staff are respectful and polite even just answering the phone. Its a well run ship and huge respect to Nathalie for her organisational skills!

What a lovely idea you all had to offer patients, relatives and friends the chance of meeting you and your team in a purely social atmosphere. It was not only kind but very generous to conceive such an idea which worked so marvellously well. Thank you so much for inviting me and enabling me to a bring a friend who was equally pleased to be part of the gathering. “The Rose and Crown” came up trumps with the menu and as you perhaps were aware, everyone seemed to enjoy what was on offer.
To have the Haverhill Community Care in our area is really a huge bonus and I am sure you realised at the time, that a service such as yours was badly needed. As Haverhill grows and grows so does the ageing population and it is of great comfort to know that there is a team of energetic, efficient and qualified people who are there to help us should the need arise. The girls we have met and had to help us in the evenings are just lovely and if A could express himself, he would join me in my gratitude and thanks.
